1. Call the LibertyID toll-free number to our U.S.-based member services center (844-445-7474).

2. Identify yourself by using the Group ID policy number on your member card (LE-XXXX-CNB)

3. LibertyID will immediately open a restoration case and assign your own dedicated, U.S.-based certified Restoration Specialist who documents your case and handles all the legwork to restore you to pre-event status.

4. You will be kept apprised of their actions and the results on your behalf via phone and/or email as you prefer.

5. The case is not closed until you agree that it is closed, and we follow up regularly for one year and reopen the case should you experience another issue.
